Customer Satisfaction for VoucherSeeker Running at 95%

Leeds, United Kingdom, May 30, 2009 --(PR.com)-- When leading vouchers and offers site VoucherSeeker wanted to find ways to improve their site, they decided to ask their users directly.

Sending out a survey both via email and the VoucherSeeker blog, site users were more than willing to share their views about the site.

An impressive 95% of VoucherSeeker users are happy with the site, whilst a further 84% found the site easy to use. Just 1% found it difficult. Customers were quick to give feedback on what they found useful and to suggest ideas for improvement.

“We are delighted with the positive response to the survey”, says Ed Wilkinson, Voucherseeker Director. “Customers have made recommendations for the site which we are committed to researching thoroughly, and implementing if possible.”

VoucherSeeker is an online discount code site boasting voucher codes for high street shops such as Thomas Cook and Tesco. The site brags an impressive array of codes from a variety of stores to choose from, including designer brands.

One happy site user is Mark Evans from Hertfordshire. “I am always trying to find ways to improve on the prices I find: VoucherSeeker is a fantastic resource that enables me to do just that!”

The survey found that not only are VoucherSeeker users happy with the site but more than 9 out of 10 of them would recommend the site to a friend.

Will Mark be one of the nine? It would appear so: “I’ve been feeding Tesco codes to my parents who were looking to buy a new TV for their bedroom!”
