Legal TechBase Announces Three New Expert Bloggers: Fitzgerald, Boucher & Estrin

Robert Fitzgerald will be blogging on computer forensics and data recovery. Mr. Fitzgerald is a computer forensics expert and the President of The Lorenzi Group (Boston, MA). Mr. Fitzgerald has authored several white papers and publishes a monthly newsletter on practical applications of computer forensics in business and law.

Mr. Fitzgerald is also a frequent contributor on Fox25 Boston Morning News. Recently, he discussed data security with Gene Lavanchy on Fox25 Boston Morning News; the Hannaford supermarkets data breach with Peg Rusoni on CBS Boston WBZ-TV Evening News; and the Okemo Mountain data breach with CBS Burlington, VT WCAX Evening News. Michael Boucher will be blogging on trial research and the electronic presentation and management of evidence in trial. Mr. Boucher is the Managing Partner of Trial Consulting Services, LLC (Tampa, FL) and has been involved in trial consulting and applied courtroom technology for over fifteen years. He has been retained to consult on a wide range of cases including, but not limited to, medical malpractice, environmental and intellectual property. The Florida Bar Association has recognized him as an expert in the area of Electronic Case Management and has certified his Business Litigation CLE program. Michael is also a former member of the American Society of Trial Consultants.

Mr. Boucher’s main focus is trial research and electronic management and presentation at trial. Michael has worked for both plaintiff and defense firms throughout the nation. He has been retained by firms to implement case management solutions. Mr. Boucher’s solutions include document database design, database to image viewing integration and multimedia trial presentations. Law firms typically hire Mr. Boucher to manage their cases with technology from discovery to trial. For the past three years he has been an advisor for technical and CLE presentation content for the Hillsborough County Bench Bar Committee conference in Tampa, FL.

Chere B. Estrin is the Editor-In-Chief of two magazines for the legal field: SUE, for Women Litigators and KNOW, The Magazine for Paralegals and will be blogging on how to market yourself and your business in today’s climate.
