Eight Creative Strategies for a Slow Market
Instructor: Debbie Long
Course Description: By the end of the program, students will be able to apply creative strategies to help consumers in a slow or slowing market, such as: seller/owner financing, using the time value of money, discounting mortgages, buyer financing techniques and appropriate pricing techniques, including seller-paid buyer incentives as well as broker incentives.

Broker-in-Charge Annual Revue (BICAR)
Instructor: Mark Given
Course Description: Brokers-in-charge who wish to maintain their BIC, course content is about agency relationships.

Trends in Real Estate II
Instructor: Vicki Ferneyhough
Course Description: Agents will review some of the most important trends in real estate that affect our marketplace. For example, we will look at trends in the cost of housing and how higher energy prices will affect the housing market in the future. Students will also discuss green housing and trends toward energy efficiency in new construction. Agents will also be discussing profitable housing options for buyers when purchasing new construction or remodeling an older home. Finally, agents will learn the many changes at the mortgage lender’s office along with the red flags associated with mortgage loan fraud.
