In the discussion, titled “Green to Gold – in Green Building,” panelists will speak about the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Green Building Rating System, the economic sense it makes for facilities, how to calculate ROI for green upgrades and current green building changes that are becoming standard practice. The meeting will be held at the Women’s Club of Raleigh, located at 3300 Womans Club Drive.

Panelists at the meeting, moderated by Lori Eichel of Accent Construction, include:

· Gregg Sandreuter, President of Hamilton Merritt, Inc.
· Jim Smith, AIA LEED AP, Vice President of Hager Smith Design
· Shelly McPhatter, President of Bridgepoint Construction Services
