MBody Strength Opens Kettlebell Gym in Brea, California

Brea, CA, June 03, 2009 --(PR.com)-- MBody Strength has opened a new gym in Brea, California, located in North Orange County. Focused on unconventional training methods like kettlebells, sandbags, Clubbells, and gym rings, the new gym offers clients everything necessary to get into shape.

“The new MBody Strength location is conveniently located in Brea, California,” stated Marcus Martinez, MBody Strength’s founder and member. “This new location contains everything we need to train our clients in a variety of unconventional training methods, including kettlebells.”

MBody Strength, an Orange County based provider of unconventional training services and online retailer of unconventional training equipment, will be using their Brea, California facility as the base of operations for all aspects of the business, including fitness services and online operations.

The new kettlebell gym is ideally suited for MBody Strength’s core fitness service offerings, kettlebell boot camps and the Transformation Program. The kettlebell boot camp, called the HIT (High-Intensity Training) Boot Camp was created to help participants quickly burn fat and increase strength through the use of kettlebells. In addition to the boot camps currently held at the BogiFit Gym in Anaheim, California, MBody Strength will now host several new times in Brea, California.

New HIT Boot Camp times are 5:30AM, 7:00AM, and 6:30PM, Monday through Friday. Lasting from 45 minutes to 1 hour, the boot camps are offered in 5, 10, and 15 session passes; clients may use their pass for any boot camp time at any location. Currently, MBody Strength is offering promotional pricing of 10 sessions for $10 each for the next 60 days. In addition, they also offer the first session free to anyone who wants to try the boot camp.

The Transformation Program is MBody Strength’s version of personal training. Unlike normal personal training however, MBody Strength trainers’ objective is to teach clients everything they need to know to gain their fitness independence within four weeks. This includes all the principles of fitness, like proper diet, mindset, and discipline, as well as training techniques like kettlebell training, interval training, and bodyweight training (among several others).

“Our new location will allow us to help many more people stay in shape through additional boot camps and equipment,” said Marcus Martinez. “We’re very excited to get the word out about our new kettlebell gym.”
