Kathleen Heuer Joins McConnell International – Capabilities Align with President’s Healthcare Agenda

As Associate Commissioner of Management and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) she provided leadership for development and implementation of the Unified Financial Management System, one of the largest civilian financial management systems in the world. Ms. Heuer also served as Deputy Assistant Secretary for Performance and Planning while at the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) where she was simultaneously assigned for a time as the acting Chief Information Officer (CIO).
