Las Vegas, NV, June 04, 2009 --(PR.com
)-- Haines & Krieger, P.C., the leading consumer bankruptcy law firm in Las Vegas, has announced the opening of an office in Northwest Las Vegas in order to better provide much-needed bankruptcy services to residents of the greater Las Vegas area.
The new office will be Haines & Krieger’s second location and is located conveniently in the Centennial Hills Shopping Center.
“In this economy, people really need access to high quality bankruptcy services,” said Dave Krieger, one of Haines & Krieger’s founding attorneys. “And we recognize that time is an issue for people who live in other parts of the city. Especially if you’re struggling financially and working hard to make ends meet.”
According to George Haines, the other founding partner of the firm, visitors to the new office location will still be entitled to a free initial consultation and to all of the exact same services by a team of highly experienced Haines & Krieger bankruptcy attorneys. From Chapter 7 to Chapter 13 to loan modification and debt counseling.
“We’re really excited to have the opportunity to reach out to people who need a light at the end of the tunnel,” adds Haines. “We know we’re providing bankruptcy services on a level beyond what most people are getting, and there’s no reason it should be harder for people who live in other parts of the city to receive the benefit of the same level of experience and service.”
Nevada has consistently ranked as the state with the highest number of foreclosures per household. In the first quarter of 2009, approximately 1 in every 56 households in Las Vegas received a foreclosure filing, and approximately 1 in 67 households in the state of Nevada received a foreclosure filing. In April, NPR Radio ran a feature story on Las Vegas referring to it as “Foreclosure City.”
“I’m extremely pleased that we’re able to open this second office in Northwest Las Vegas,” said Krieger, whose firm offers free initial consultations. “It shows we’re doing everything we can to help out Las Vegas residents with their financial situations and that we’re good at what we do.”
George Haines and David Krieger each have over 10 years of bankruptcy practice experience. They founded Haines & Krieger in Las Vegas together in 2004 after practicing bankruptcy and business law in New York and New Jersey. They are both members of the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys, the American Bankruptcy Institute, the American Bar Association and the American Consumer Bankruptcy College.
