Prior to joining the ActionCOACH franchise, Whalley spent 20 years in various finance and accounting roles in the U.K and the U.S., across a broad spectrum of industries, before moving into marketing three years ago. Most recently, she was VP Marketing for BioLab –a consumer products company.

Some of the key achievements in her career included redesigning the North American pricing strategy –successfully delivering $60MM of incremental profits over three years. She also led a portfolio optimization process which delivered a 66% reduction in products, while improving profitability by $5MM –and successfully implemented a major packaging re-branding initiative.

Whalley considers ActionCOACH to be a fun, dynamic organization driven to improve business results. She brings strong financial skills, a proven track record for improving profitability and reducing complexity as well as problem solving skills to her new role.

A member of the CIMA –Chartered Institute of Management Accountants and NAPW –National Association of Professional Women, Whalley also teaches Sunday school at her local church and is an avid runner and cyclist. She plans to complete her first triathlon in June 2009. She also holds an MBA from Emory University, Georgia.
