Dani Homes and Spice It Up Interiors Retain Intuitive Concepts for Feng Shui at Parade of Homes

Dani Homes owner, Nilay Bhatt, has brought in Diana Garber, Feng Shui expert and President of Intuitive Concepts, to consult on his project during this year's Parade of Homes in Dublin, Ohio.

Sunbury, OH, June 05, 2009 --(PR.com)-- As more and more professionals begin to incorporate Feng Shui, Dani Homes and Spice it Up Interiors have begun to pave the way to open new markets. The team has brought in Diana Garber, of Intuitive Concepts, to incorporate the ancient Chinese practice of Feng Shui in the Dani home being built for this year’s BIA Parade of Homes.

Nilay Bhatt, owner of Dani Homes, and the interior designer, Jennifer Frederick of Spice It Up Interiors, invited Diana Garber to join the project in March. Since the home’s construction was underway, they thought Feng Shui would best be utilized for the interior. However, once the team met, they found additional opportunities to incorporate Feng Shui.

One example is in the landscape. The home’s energy increases if a water feature is in the back. Rich Martin, of Blendon Gardens, designed a water pond and placed it so that anyone sitting in the breakfast area (a Feng Shui shape known as a bagua) will overlook the pond.

The purpose of traditional Feng Shui is to minimize risk and maximize results. There are many quantifiable benefits to living in a Feng Shui home. This home, as an example, will benefit children--children who will reside here will likely bring honor to their family so their contribution to the future will be well known.

The Parade of Homes will be taking place in Tartan Ridge of Dublin, Ohio from July 11-26, 2009. To follow the BIA Parade of Homes blog for Dani Homes, visit this link.
