Bonita Springs Attorney G. Donald Thomson Earns Community and Professional Recognition

Fort Myers, FL, June 06, 2009 --(PR.com)-- Henderson, Franklin, Starnes & Holt, P.A., is pleased to announce that Attorney G. Donald Thomson was recently recognized by both the Bonita Springs YMCA and the Florida Supreme Court.

Thomson, who is managing attorney of the firm's Bonita Springs office, was awarded the Bonita Springs YMCA Volunteer of the Year. Thomson played an instrumental role in the capital campaign for the Bonita YMCA and has served on the Bonita board, acting as 2009 chairman. Thomson also was recognized by the Florida Supreme Court as a certified circuit mediator. As mediator, Thomson works with parties to reduce obstacles and facilitate voluntary agreements to resolve legal disputes.

Thomson concentrates his practice in the area of commercial litigation, as well as business organizations and planning matters. He received his undergraduate degree from St. Leo College, summa cum laude, and his law degree from Stetson University, cum laude.
