Crescent State Bank Opens 15th Location

Cary, NC, June 06, 2009 --(PR.com)-- Michael G. Carlton, president of Crescent State Bank (www.crescentstatebank.com), a wholly owned subsidiary of Crescent Financial Corporation, (NASDAQ Global MarketSM), has announced that the bank has opened its 15th office, located at 4711 Six Forks Road in Raleigh.

This is the bank’s second new office to open this year and the third office in the Raleigh community, which increases Crescent’s total number of offices to 15 and enables the bank to expand its presence in the Raleigh market. The Six Forks location is a full-service office that offers all financial services including mortgage, commercial banking and investment. The new location employs 20 people, including six new hires.
