Recycling Systems Inc is Helping the Community Beyond Just Recycling
Chicago, IL, June 12, 2009 --(PR.com)-- RSI donates dumpsters to the Alpha Learning Center’s New Community Playground.
Many of today’s children living in apartment buildings on Chicago’s Southside are finding themselves without a safe haven in which to play. Recycling Systems is helping to overcome this disadvantage by donating necessary dumpsters to the KABOOM! and the Alpha Learning Center as a state of the art 2,500 square foot playground is built in just one day. RSI will donate the dumpsters prior to the event date for building preparation as well as provide disposal on the actual build day. One dumpster will be used for waste and the other dumpster will be used for recycling.
Recycling Systems has been a family owned business in the Chicagoland area for nearly 40 years. The company has built a strong reputation with area builders, contractors, businesses, and homeowners. RSI’s material recovery facility was designed to meet the growing needs for recycling, LEED projects, and city ordinances. RSI offers exceptional and personalized service at every jobsite while maintaining their commitment to preserving the environment. The material is recycled on site and uses both mechanical and manual labor to achieve the highest level of recycling. Material is shaken, screened, picked by hand, filtered, stripped and then sent out for processing.
RSI invites all members of the community to come down to the site on the event date and take part in creating a safe fun environment for the children of the neighborhood. The community playground build will take place at Alpha Learning Center located at 8422 S. Damen Ave. in the City of Chicago on June 18, 2009 from 8:30 am to 2:30 pm.
