Solar Power System Available to One Qualifying Non-Profit

Greater Los Angeles secular 501(c)(3) organizations may submit qualifying information to receive a grant of solar power equipment for their building.

San Jose, CA, June 12, 2009 --(PR.com)-- Solar Finance company Sunny Hill Energy issued a request for qualifying information from secular, registered 501(c)(3) organizations in the greater southern California area. The solar power finance firm is going to donate a 10 KW solar power system, worth approximately $80,000 to an eligible agency. Sunny Hill Energy’s mission is to make solar power affordable to all property owners, including non-profit organizations. President and chief officer Peter S. Be, Sr. said, “Sunny Hill Energy is proud to partner with non-profit groups in reducing their carbon footprint. They help transform future of individuals, families and communities. We can help them transform the rate of climate change, too.”

All agencies wishing to be considered must send their information packets via certified mail to: Sunny Hill Energy, Attn: Gina Burns, 99 Almaden Boulevard, Sixth Floor, San Jose, CA 95113. Packets that are faxed or emailed will not be considered. All packets must be postmarked by midnight Tuesday, June 30, 2009.

Qualification Packets must include:
Federal EIN information.
Proof of 501(c)(3) status.
Proof of property ownership.
Letter of introduction that includes mission, vision, demographic served and contact information.
Audited annual fiscal information for the past five years.
