National Arbitration Forum Develops New Dispute Resolution e-Newsletter for Legal Community

ADR Law & Policy Update provides legal community with a weekly round-up of alternative dispute resolution case law, legislative and regulatory actions.

Minneapolis, MN, August 15, 2006 --(PR.com)-- Today, the National Arbitration Forum officially launched a new educational e-newsletter called the ADR Law & Policy Update.  Legal professionals, judges and others interested can access the latest in federal and state cases and legislative and regulatory happenings pertaining to alternative dispute resolution (ADR) all in one newsletter.  This newsletter is a first-of-its-kind and provides legal professionals an easy way to stay up-to-date on legal developments concerning ADR.

“As the trend toward ADR continues to grow, there is an abundance of ADR case law, legislation and regulation,” said Curtis Brown, vice president of the National Arbitration Forum.  “In fact, there is so much that it becomes difficult to track and categorize.  So, we plan to bring it all together for people in a format that is easy to digest.  We are proud to offer this information to the legal community and all others who are interested and hope they find it useful.”

The ADR Law & Policy Update e-newsletter is a complimentary service of the National Arbitration Forum and is delivered every week via e-mail to subscribers.  Those interested in subscribing to the e-newsletter are to visit the National Arbitration Forum’s website at http://www.adrforum.com and click on “Subscribe” under the ADR Law & Policy Update heading on the homepage.  Visitors are required to register for a subscription; however the e-newsletter is free-of-charge.  Registering for the subscription service also allows subscribers access to a searchable archive of all cases covered in ADR Law & Policy Updates. 

The archive of the ADR Law & Policy cases, available on the National Arbitration Forum’s website, will be searchable by category.  Subscribers can search by case name, state and jurisdiction and by subject matter categories.  This feature allows subscribers with varying interests to select the archived content most relevant to them.

The National Arbitration Forum anticipates an initial subscription membership of 1,000 readers for the e-newsletter in the first year.
