Foundations Recovery Network Announces New CEO

Healthcare professional Rob Waggener steps up to the CEO position at Foundations Recovery Network.

Brentwood, TN, June 17, 2009 --(PR.com)-- The Board of Foundations Recovery Network, also known as Dual Diagnosis Management, LLC, has promoted Rob Waggener into the CEO role at the company. Waggener has served as the COO of Foundations for the last four years.

“In an environment where the number of people in crisis is growing every day, Foundations provides a national network of services poised to meet needs in a dramatically under-served market,” states Waggener.

With over 22 years in the behavioral healthcare field, 15 years in senior management, a background as a licensed clinician, and a Fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives, Waggener says he is prepared for this transition.

“I joined Foundations for its unique approach to treating people who suffer from both alcohol and drug addiction as well as mental health problems in an integrated fashion. Foundations also provides a cutting-edge approach for the behavioral health industry in customer acquisition and provides a research-proven model for treatment,” states Waggener.

Before joining the team at Foundations, Waggener was the CEO at Lakeside Behavioral Health System in Memphis, a part of the Universal Health Services hospital company. While at Lakeside, he expanded psychiatric service lines to include geriatric services, ECT, child and adolescent partial hospital and intensive outpatient services, dual diagnosis treatment for adults, mobile crisis services, managed units in medical hospitals and developed and implemented the Lakeside Psychiatric Triage service for Memphis and Shelby County.

Under Waggener’s leadership, Lakeside became one of the largest and most profitable psychiatric health systems in the country, and received numerous local, state and company awards for quality, innovation and overall performance.
