)-- Miami based brand development and design firm Pumped, Inc. is once again expanding their trophy case after winning two prestigious ADDY® awards at the 2009 AAF - Advertising Awards competition held in Washington D.C. on June 6th, 2009. Pumped’s President & Creative Director, Carlos F. Peña accepted a Gold and Silver National Addy award for their work on The Million Penny Project. The Gold award recognizes the Million Penny Project mixed media public service campaign while the Silver was awarded for the interactive commercial.

The award is the final stop on a series of multiple rounds of competition, starting earlier this year at a local level. The Million Penny project work first took two Gold awards and Best in Show at the Miami AD Fed Addy Awards competition. From there, the work was forwarded to District level judging where both works received Silver awards. Finally, the award made its final stop at the AAF National advertising competition taking Gold & Silver National Addy Awards from over 50,000 entries.
These awards come at the heal of a wining streak for the firm that started earlier this year bringing the grand total to 6 Gold and 4 Silver Addy Awards throughout various levels of competition including a Best in Show and also winning a Merit award at the One Show international advertising competition in New York.
