ResQ Mobile Services Strengthens Carrier Division with New Staff Addition

ResQ continues to grow. The company has recently expanded its Carrier Relations division in Canada, with the addition of Michelle Raqueno, prior to its rollout of ten new offices in the US.

Toronto, Canada, June 21, 2009 --(PR.com)-- Chad Hughes, president and CEO ResQ Mobile Services, is proud to announce the addition of Michelle Raqueno to its strategic Carrier Division. ResQ offers real-time asset management systems using GPS technology to enhance mobile communications and wireless business processes. “With the successful launch of HTC’s Dream and Magic phones and the forthcoming GPS-enabled memory sticks,” Hughes explains, “the demand for innovative and new technology is being pushed up from our client base. We’re expanding both our product line and expertise to meet those needs.”

Raqueno, a corporate executive who for the past three years has been solely focused on delivering wireless communications solutions to Canadian clients on the Rogers network, will create and execute VAR agreements with corporate dealers for ResQ. As well, effective immediately, Raqueno will manage existing carrier relations, and establish channel sales across Canada while also exploring new partnerships with manufacturers.

“We recognize the industry is evolving each day and in order to market our offering into large-scale enterprises, whether mobile applications downloaded directly into smartphones or through internet keys,” Hughes continues, “we need highly qualified people and we’re extremely pleased Michelle has agreed to join our growing team.” New platforms and technologies are being introduced by Sony, LG, Samsung and Nokia, augmenting those from HTC, RIM and Windows Mobile. Partnerships and mergers are increasing competitive hardware.

“We need people who are focused on an ever-changing landscape,” concludes Hughes.

The GW550 is the latest of LG's strategic alliance with Microsoft to produce Windows Mobile phones, offering a 2.4-inch QVGA display, full HSPA with 7.2Mbps on the downlink, a 3 megapixel primary camera with a VGA sensor up front for video calling, and stereo speakers on board.
