Public Affairs and Current Issues to be Debated on New Maryland Talk Radio Show

GrassRoots Steering Foundation, Inc. is pleased to announce the launch of its new radio show “Fresh Voices.”

Aberdeen, MD, June 30, 2009 --(PR.com)-- Harford County, MD based advocacy group, The GrassRoots Steering Foundation, Inc.™ announces the launching of its new radio show “Fresh Voices” which will air on WJSS Radio 1330am on Tuesdays 4:30pm-5:00pm beginning July 28th, 2009. The weekly show will be hosted by representatives of the organization. The format of the program will be a community advocacy show that will spotlight public affairs, current issues and how those issues impact the citizens of the greater Baltimore Metropolitan region. Topics will include subjects such as the economy, politics, business, legal issues and health issues. The show will offer a fresh perspective and it will always remain positive. The GrassRoots Steering Foundation’s goal is to raise awareness of the local community, promote goodwill, as well as inform and enlighten. The show will be thirty (30) minutes in length and listeners will be able to call in to weigh their opinions or views. In addition, “Fresh Voices” will highlight the projects and programs of the organization as well as provide opportunities for volunteer jobs and joint ventures with other community organizations.

Plans are in effect to have the show serve as a clearinghouse of information for local events, and news related to the advocacy subjects addressed by the organization.
