Kim Ellis, former President of BISON Advertising, Inc. has joined Process Peak as Vice President of Corporate Development to introduce lead generation as a complimentary product to the already successful Pipeline Catalyst.

Carlsbad, CA, June 26, 2009 --( Process Peak, the premier resource for world-class franchise development solutions, has acquired Kim Ellis as Vice President of Corporate Development. In addition to building industry alliances and product sales, Ellis is responsible for integrating a strategic lead generation program into the current product platform.

The new Process Peak product - SmartDemand™ - is a comprehensive lead generation program that is based on a two-phase process. Ellis has integrated the program into the current sales platform and calls the combined product Pipeline Catalyst Premier™.

Recognized for her extensive experience in franchise sales and lead generation, Ellis has served in a variety of executive roles since the early 1990s. Most notably, Ellis contributed to the launch of FranChoice in 2000 and developed one of the largest franchise lead generation programs in the industry. In 2003, Capistar, which also owns FranChoice, purchased and Ellis served as its president until June 2008.

“During my career, I’ve been responsible for generating leads from the franchisor position and from the supplier position.” Ellis says. “That makes my experience unique. In 2002, she led a task force to form the Women’s Franchise Network (WFN) and established 17 chapters nationwide.
