ATHENA Academy(TM) Opens in Atlanta Georgia - New Instructors Welcome
ATHENA Academy welcomes its newest instructor Rainey Shane. Founder and Director, Denida Zinxhiria says "Having an instructor of her caliber is really fantastic, I look forward to her success in her region." ATHENA Academy is an all female security training organization that teaches women of all ages to protect themselves and loved ones. They have territories open in many areas for other women to join their program as instructors. Female bodyguard training is also available.
Atlanta, GA, June 27, 2009 --(PR.com)-- ATHENA Academy(TM) announces that it's opening regional territories for women to participate in operating their own female security training academy in local communities. Started in Athens, Greece ATHENA Academy is an all female bodyguard and security training program started by female bodyguard and security trainer Denida Zinxhiria.
A recent addition to ATHENA Academy is Rainey Shane who is a new instructor for the ATHENA program, but not new to training and teaching. Ms. Shane was involved in Georgia state law enforcement for five years as a member of the Tactical Squad. As a result, she received extensive specialized training such as high risk warrant service, advanced tactical firearms, high resistance control tactics, mobile field-force operations, and G-8 immediate response team. Ms. Shane also has a passion for assisting women in need. This is evidenced through her commitment to non-profit work as a board member of Positive Outlook. This organization provides housing, education, mental health and other services for women fleeing abusive situations and relationships in the Atlanta region. "We are really looking forward to what Ms. Shane can bring to the table," states Denida Zinxhira. "With her 15 years of professional consulting experience we see a person with unlimited potential as part of ATHENA Academy and its growth."
