Free Massage Workshop for People with Cancer and Their Families Offered at the Wellness Community Valley/Ventura

Westlake Village, CA, June 28, 2009 --(PR.com)-- The Wellness Community Valley/Ventura is offering a free massage workshop for people with cancer and their families. Gentle Touch: Easy Massage Techniques for Beginners with Paul Hurbace, LMT will take place on Friday, July 17, 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. at The Wellness Community Valley/Ventura, 530 Hampshire Road, Westlake Village, CA 91361. This free workshop is open to people with cancer, cancer survivors, and family members. Wear loose-fitting, comfortable clothing; no disrobing required. A hand or foot massage can help promote wellbeing and relaxation within minutes. Learn simple Swedish massage techniques for the hands, feet, head, neck and shoulders. Bring a friend, partner, or caregiver to the workshop so that you can learn and practice on each other under the guidance of licensed massage therapist Paul Hurbace. Paul is owner of Coastal Wellness Connection in Somis and has completed over 1,000 hours of advanced training.
