Community Legal Coalition Presents “Landlord Tenant Law”

Lakewood seminar will focus on landlord tenant issues.

Lakewood, NJ, August 24, 2006 --(PR.com)-- The Community Legal Coalition, an organization created by the Law Offices of Samuel Z. Brown, P.C., is focused on providing legal information to the Lakewood and surrounding areas. The Law Offices of Samuel Z. Brown, P.C. and the Coalition will be presenting its second seminar on August 30th from 6:00pm to 8:00pm at the Lakewood Municipal Building located at 231 Third Street in Lakewood.

The seminar will touch on various areas of landlord and tenant law, including the expectations of the parties entering the relationship and what to do when those expectations are not met, such as when the tenant fails to pay rent or the landlord does not make repairs. The seminar will also address other common problems that arise in the relationship, such as the issue of overcrowding, which has been a hot issue in local communities. The goal of the seminar is to provide both landlords and tenants with non-legal remedies, as well as legal remedies to resolve disputes if they arise.
