Portsmouth, NH, July 29, 2009 --(PR.com
)-- Boldwerks, a creative services agency based in Portsmouth, has recently announced the Goodwerks Project, a donation of up to $7500 in services to a selected New England based nonprofit organization.
The inaugural Goodwerks project, which Boldwerks intends on offering every six months, will consist of awarding a pro-bono donation of up to 50 hours of graphic design, web development, marketing and/or creative consulting work to one non-profit project.
"We believe that it’s imperative for companies to help out not just when the economy is strong but also when it’s weak. The need for companies to step up and support nonprofits has never been greater. We are aiming to make a difference to one organization this Summer to help further their mission." says Managing Director Eric Tapley.
Boldwerks is asking for interested nonprofit organizations across New England to submit a one or two page writeup explaining who they are, what they do, details of a project they’d like help with, and how that will impact their mission. The company will select the project that connects most strongly with the staff and based on the impact our work will have on the organization's mission.
Please visit www.boldwerks.com/good to learn more about the Goodwerks Project and submit an application, all summaries must be received no later than August 15th, 2009.
