Los Angeles, CA, August 04, 2009 --(PR.com
)-- CarDealerships.org, a leading online provider of car dealer reviews
, has launched its new website with additional features to help both customers and car dealers resolve service problems.
An online search for nearly any car dealer often results in a barrage of negative comments on review websites. Unlike other review websites, CarDealerships.org's new Certified Dealer
program helps resolve these issues to a satisfactory conclusion for both sides. This means happier car shoppers, and a better reputation for the car dealer.
Another program allows dealers to personalize their dealership's page at the site to attract customers still in the research mode. This includes all features of the Certified Dealer program along with a publishing of the dealer's inventory RSS feed and a photo of the business. Users of the CarDealerships.org website will be presented with the 20 automatically-updating vehicles from the dealer's live inventory.
Visitors are also encouraged to contact dealers who are a part of the program prior to posting a review in order to engage them in an attempt to resolve the problem. Dealers who participate in the programs can leave an email address on their page of a dedicated person at the dealership who works to resolve these problems. This could be anyone from an Internet manager, General Manager, to a hands-on owner or president.
The new-and-improved CarDealerships.org includes a fresh new design to complement the features.
