HobnobCharleston Events Announces Breakfast with Jim DeMint

Charleston, SC, August 06, 2009 --(PR.com)-- HobnobCharleston is excited to announce the arrival of South Carolina US senator, Jim Demint’s visit to the lowcountry. Hobnobcharleston has Charleston's best online calendar for upcoming events, and this is an event to mark on the calendar.

Senator Jim DeMint will be speaking at the Daniel Island Neighborhood Association meeting on Monday, August 17th, 7:30 AM - 9:00 AM at the Daniel Island Club. The Senator will be speaking about economic development and jobs in South Carolina, as well as provide a Washington update. The cost to attend will be $12.50, to cover the cost of breakfast and the use of the Daniel Island Club. The meeting is open to the public.

Hobnobcharleston sees this as a great opportunity to express the thoughts of the community on the pending legislation from Health Care to Cash For Clunkers.
