Can't Find Coconut Juice?

JN Foods is selling coconut juice like crazy.

Clackamas, OR, August 13, 2009 --(PR.com)-- Recently JN Foods has been bombarded with phone calls from people looking for coconut juice. Coconut Juice? What is it? Coconut juice is a juice made from the center of the coconut. The coconuts are hand picked in Thailand for ripeness and sweetness. Then the water is drained from the center. Once the juice is removed, the pulp of the coconut is removed and washed. The pulp is then cut into tiny square chunks for latter use in the production line. The water that was drained from the center is now mixed with the chunks and bottled. The result is a refreshing beverage that is actually good for you. This is a commodity item in Asian and Mexican households, yet most of the main stream retailers don't even know what it is. 79% of Hispanic/Asian households drink coconut juice on a regular basis. That is huge.

Coconut water is more nutritious than whole milk, but has less fat and no cholesterol. It is healthier than orange juice, but has fewer calories. It is better than processed baby milk, as it contains lauric acid, which is present in human mother's milk. It contains more potassium than most sports drinks and energy drinks. Coconut water has been shown to hydrate the body, relieve urinary problems, kill intestinal worms, break up kidney stones, and control vomiting.

Why is this item not on the main stream grocery shelves? Makes you wonder how many minority buyers are stocking the grocery shelves...
