Syntellect Begins Development of CT ADE 11 and Reduces Pricing: Reaffirms Long-Standing Relationship with Dialogic to Help Ensure Coupling of CT ADE and HMP
Syntellect, an industry leader in customer interaction management solutions, today announced the start of development of CT Application Development Environment (CT ADE™) version 11. CT ADE is recognized as one of the most widely used IVR development tools in the world and is designed to accelerate the development of voice and video communication solutions.
Enhancements to Syntellect CT ADE 11 will include:
Added build support for Visual Studio 2008
Enhanced support for streaming video
Improved density and performance with Dialogic® Host Media Processing Software
Expanded Speech Recognition and Text to Speech engine support
Enhanced and improved user interface
Additionally, Syntellect is introducing new lower pricing of $189 per port for the current CT ADE version, which includes full feature support for Dialogic® System Release 6.0, Dialogic® HMP Software 3.0 and their associated media/interface boards, speech recognition, text to speech, multimedia and video.
“CT ADE is one of the most prominent IVR development environments in the industry. We are very excited about the development of CT ADE11 and are committed to taking it to the next phase of maturity,” said Christoph Mosing, Syntellect’s vice president of business development. “Syntellect looks forward to our continued partnership with the vast numbers of long-time customers and channel partners, and we welcome continued input on the needs of this community as it relates to product enhancements.”
As development progresses, Syntellect’s long-standing relationship with Dialogic will ensure that CT ADE remains closely coupled to Dialogic solutions, especially as it relates to progress on multimedia support with Host Media Processing (HMP) 3.0 and future versions. Syntellect and Dialogic are committed to providing leading-edge technologies and toolsets that enable CT ADE users to continue to create the next generation of communication and messaging solutions that meet the evolving demands of today’s globally connected markets.
“Syntellect is focused on ensuring their IVR development tools continue to satisfy the needs of their existing customers, while at the same time addressing market requirements as they continue to evolve. This is key to helping customers accelerate their time to market and migrate existing applications to IP,” said Rob Martinez, vice president of sales & services of Americas at Dialogic.
Additionally, Syntellect is in the initial phases of establishing a worldwide CT ADE developer community where users can share ideas, tips, applications and best practices. This environment will enable developers of all levels to engage and learn from one another and inspire new ideas and projects. The Syntellect community will host discussion boards, documentation, programming tools, application files, and blogs. The initial launch of the CT ADE developer community is targeted for the fourth quarter of 2009.
Syntellect CT ADE 11 is scheduled for release in mid-2010.
