Eisen Marketing Group Joins Local Nonprofit in Bettering Lives of Students

EMG Employees Are Members in Fall Adopt A Class Program.

Cincinnati, OH, August 19, 2009 --(PR.com)-- Eisen Marketing Group (EMG), Greater Cincinnati’s largest public relations firm, has joined the Adopt A Class (AAC) program beginning this fall. Since its inception, AAC has helped thousands of students in the Greater Cincinnati area and nationwide, concentrating mostly on urban areas with high poverty levels. The AAC program focuses on providing mentors for students while improving social skills and encouraging education.

“When I first heard of the Adopt A Class Foundation, I knew that EMG needed to be part of such a meaningful organization,” EMG president Rodger Roeser said. “The program positively affects students across the country and we wanted to help make a difference in the community in which we live and work. By sharing our lives and past experiences with these children, we can hopefully help a child to continue expressing interest in their education.”

AAC participants visit with students regularly during school months, participate in a letter writing program that hones students’ writing and reading skills and give students gifts for classroom use during the holiday season. The Adopt A Class Foundation began in Cincinnati and has since spread to schools in Northern Kentucky and Oregon with volunteer participants in more than fifteen schools nationwide.
