Web Startup Looks to Tackle Age Old Problem with a New Twist

Troy, MI, August 20, 2009 --(PR.com)-- The struggle of attracting the perfect man or woman, avoiding the “Friend Zone”, and being all you can be (in the bedroom), may finally be over. Leftos, an acronym meaning “LEssons For The Opposite Sex” , officially launched their Beta site on August 17th with the intentions of helping men and women gain a better understanding of the opposite sex.

The website provides a place for users to create anonymous profiles and interact with both men and women of all ages. Users can ask and answer questions, provide insights, and debate topics within the sites six categories: Single, Dating, Sex, Relationships, Marriage, and Divorce.

“I realized that most of the discussion on this subject was very one-sided. Guys talk to other guys, and girls talk to other girls. Why not get both sides of the story?” said Zach Lipson, the sites founder. “That’s where the really important information lies”.

Leftos provides a resource to get the advice, the perspective, and the answers to the burning questions people have about the opposite sex. All profiles are created without identifying information, providing a safe space free from embarrassment or judgment. Playing along with the theme of anonymity, the sites beta version incorporates a unique feature that lets users anonymously send Leftos posts through e-mail. “Depending on the kind of post you send, you can really have some fun with this feature…” said Lipson.

The beta site, which includes many new features and a completely redesigned interface, looks to become a resource for both men and women to better understand the opposite sex. For more information regarding Leftos.com, please contact press@leftos.com or (248) 244-0160.
