)-- Seventh Kingdom IGE, an ‘interactive gaming environment’ based in Mt. Holly, NJ, announces upcoming appearances aimed at recruiting new players.
Seventh Kingdom IGE started beta testing its enhanced live action role playing (LARP) environment in June 2009. Participants face theatrical role playing scenarios and boffer weapon combat challenges—like acting out an online role playing game such as World of Warcraft.
Staffed by ten staff members and elite participants, Seventh Kingdom IGE has built a loyal player base and looks to bring the immersive gaming experience to new players.
Seventh Kingdom IGE will have a presence as a vendor at Game Core Convention on September 12, 2009 at the Greater Philadelphia Expo Center in Oaks, PA. This convention seeks to provide a collective environment for gamers of all types. For further information about Game Core Con: http://www.gamecorecon.com.
Seventh Kingdom IGE will also provide an opportunity for potential participants to sample their game by providing an environment at the Witches Ball 2009, which will take place on October 10 in Mill Race Village, Mount Holly, NJ. Seventh Kingdom IGE players and staff will create and act in an enclosed area. Matt Wagner, the game’s environmental director, will showcase his stagecraft talent in this area. Seventh Kingdom IGE will also assist at the ball’s gypsy village, adding a fantastic flourish to this already popular event. For more info on the Witches Ball: http://thewitchesball.com.
