ScheduleSoft Promotes Jonathan Edwards

Madison, WI, September 05, 2009 --(PR.com)-- Due to recent business expansion, ScheduleSoft is pleased to announce the promotion of Jonathan Edwards to the newly created position of Vice President – Professional Services.

Jonathan joined the ScheduleSoft in 2004, as a member of ScheduleSoft's implementation team. Since graduating from Northern Illinois University with a degree in English and Technical Communications, Jonathan’s career includes technical writing, graphic arts, publications management and business consulting.

During the past five years, his communications expertise has been invaluable for translating customer needs into software code which has enabled ScheduleSoft to offer automated workforce scheduling systems for even the most complex business rules and production environments.

As Vice President - Professional Services, Jonathan is looking forward to using his management, communications and technical skills to contribute to ScheduleSoft’s ongoing business growth by "delivering software products and services that make a tangible difference in the way workforce scheduling is used to support business strategies, reduce costs and improve customer satisfaction”.
