Whitcomb has more the 15 years of experience in human resources and learning organizational development, as well as over 20 years of experience in the transportation, financial services, employee benefits and healthcare industries. Since joining Classic Residence by Hyatt, in just two years, Judy led implementation of a number of organizationally transformational learning initiatives including the launch of a robust Learn.com LMS with special learning centers developed for management development candidates, the sales organization and other key functions within the company, launch of a company-wide English as a second language program and new customer service and leadership training programs. Whitcomb is a certified Gallup Strengths coach and teaches human resources certification courses, and has significant experience in executive coaching and leading learning and organizational development strategies in organizations with geographically disbursed employees.
