Tulsa, OK, September 12, 2009 --(PR.com)-- Quest Academy of Martial Arts is offering a Free Ladies Self Defense Seminar at the Charles Schusterman Jewish Community Center located at 2021 E. 71st St. S. in Tulsa, OK.
This 90 minute seminar begins at 1pm and is designed for women, ages 13 and up, who have had no previous experience in the martial arts.
The topics covered include:
1. Levels of Awareness
2. How to avoid becoming a victim
3. What to do in case of an attack
4. What to do/what not to do after an attack
