Raleigh Regional Association of REALTORS® Unveils Project Hope

Raleigh, NC, September 18, 2009 --(PR.com)-- John Wood, president of the Raleigh Regional Association of REALTORS® (RRAR) (www.rrar.com), has announced that the Community Service Committee has launched Project Hope, a food and snack drive aimed at helping to feed underprivileged students of Hope Elementary School. Hope Elementary is a charter school that provides education for at-risk urban children, 99% of whom currently live below poverty and do not receive adequate meals at home. From Sept. 1 – 25, Project Hope will be accepting donations of nonperishable food items to be used for Hope's after school programs and track out camps. Among the donations being requested are items such as juice boxes, water bottles (.5 pint size), granola bars, fruit snacks, crackers, chips, cookies and canned goods. Donations can be made at any of the following Project Hope drop-off locations:
