New York, NY, September 19, 2009 --(PR.com
)-- GoldenNetworking.com and NTDTV, a nonprofit Chinese TV network based in Manhattan, have attracted the best traditional Chinese chefs for the International Chinese Culinary Competition, a culinary competition with the goal to rediscover and promote traditional Chinese cuisines and cooking techniques. The competition is comprised of 5 categories each of which represents a regional style in China: Cantonese, Huaiyang, Szechuan, Shandong, and Northeastern Chinese cuisine.
The pièce de résistance of the International Chinese Culinary Competition will be the Award Banquet where this year's gold, silver, and bronze prize-winning chefs will collaborate on a 10-course traditional Chinese dinner to be served to our hundreds of attendees. The Award Banquet, prominently featured in The New York Times' Dining Calendar, will attract recognized Chinese celebrities and personalities.
Guests are invited to RSVP for the Award Banquet at http://www.awardbanquet.eventbrite.com by Friday, September 21st. The Award Banquet is produced by NTDTV and jointly promoted with GoldenNetworking.com, the premier networking community for businessmen, entrepreneurs, professionals and diplomats, founded by Columbia Business School MBA and former McKinsey consultant Edgar Perez.
