Miho Koshido Named Retail Design Creative Director

Southfield, MI, September 23, 2009 --(PR.com)-- International retail brand strategy and design firm, JGA, recently named Miho Koshido to creative director at JGA. She will be overseeing the project design process, working closely with her clients from initial conceptual development through final design.

In announcing the appointment of Ms. Koshido to creative director, Ken Nisch, JGA chairman, said, "We believe that Miho’s extensive experience, her global expertise and depth of familiarity in categories that expand upon JGA’s traditional strengths will make her an important contributor in supporting our expanding roster of international clients.”

Ms. Koshido’s extensive experience in retail design and brand strategy spans 20 years. She previously served as design director for Hambrect Oleson Design Associates in New York City. Prior to that she was studio director for Walker Group and senior store designer for Federated Department Stores. Her creative and strategic skills benefited retailers including Saks Fifth Avenue, Lladro, Tumi, Bloomingdale’s and Neiman Marcus. She holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts and Bachelor of Industrial Design from the Rhode Island School of Design.
