It's Time to Take Down the Trainers

Momentum Fitness challenges their clients to a push up, crunches and squat off. For the entire month of October it's trainers vs clients, who can do the most, 21 trainers or 300 clients?

How many times has your trainer pushed you to get those last few crunches in when you're not even sure they could do as many? Clients at Momentum Fitness will get their chance to even the score this October with MFit's “Take Down the Trainers Challenge.”

All of the trainers at Momentum Fitness are challenging clients to a push up, crunches and squat off. Who can do more of each exercise during the month of October, all 21 trainers or all 300 clients? Every week the top 5 clients and top 5 trainers will be posted along with the totals for all participants to find out if it's possible to “Take Down the Trainers.”
