Andreas Loeffler is the Newest ActionCOACH in Oregon

Andreas Loeffler is proud to join ActionCOACH, which will allow him fulfill his own career needs as well as help others.

Las Vegas, NV, October 07, 2009 --(PR.com)-- Family and community are very important to Andreas Loeffler, the newest Business Coach to join the ActionCOACH team in Oregon. The potential to improve the business life of his community and give business owners a chance to realize and accomplish dreams they may have given up on inspired Loeffler to become an ActionCOACH.

Prior to joining ActionCOACH, Loeffler pursued a 13 year career with Sun Microsystems. While there, he was involved in many aspects of the business including corporate finance, business development and acquisitions, real estate development, and global sales.

Recognized for his ability to sort out complicated systems, he helped develop and maintain corporate data marts for specialized reporting. He also oversaw the deployment and maintenance of Sun's complex global sales data warehouse.

“I greatly enjoyed learning the various parts of the business, and solving problems by taking things apart and putting them back together. This knowledge was handy when teaching analysts around the world how to use the tools and get the most out of the data,” Loeffler said.

As a Business Coach, Loeffler can use his passion and skills: working with business owners he will review the pieces of each business to figure out what’s not working, and then help owners to put the pieces back together to get the most out of their enterprise.

“Pursuing a career in corporate America had led me to downsize my personal dream,” he said. “I was not growing into the larger role I felt that I was meant to fill. I had this uncomfortable feeling that I was called to be more to my family and more to my community. Ultimately that feeling is the reason I chose to transition to this opportunity with ActionCOACH. In business coaching, I have found an opportunity to grow and realize a bigger dream that does not focus on just me, but on all those around me,” he added.

Loeffler anticipates that his skills in the high-tech, manufacturing, legal and banking industries will benefit his clients. “I believe my mechanical understanding of systems – building processes, reports, policies, and marketing programs – will help business owners as they sort out and deal with the very unique challenges they each face.”

“My first impression of ActionCOACH started with Rafael Maymi, my Master Licensee,” he said. “We both shared a similar background both professionally (we were both from high tech) and with our kids in soccer. I remember enjoying our conversation and being interested in what ActionCOACH delivered to clients. He gave me the confidence that I could bring my experience and skill-set to the local business community while developing a satisfying and flexible career. I need to be a great professional role model to my two boys and still have the flexibility to support their pursuits.”

Andreas is excited to get back into work with the local business community. “I’m excited about the chance to provide the best business coaching available in the world and realize both my own dream and the dreams of my clients.”
