)-- Duke University’s Fuqua/Coach K Center on Leadership & Ethics (COLE) (www.leadershipandethics.org) has announced that the 8th annual Fuqua School of Business & Coach K Leadership Conference will include a session entitled “Leading Through the Financial Crisis,” on Tuesday, Oct. 20, from 9:15 a.m. to 10:15 a.m. The session will be moderated by Sim Sitkin, professor of management and faculty director of COLE, and will feature:
- Brian L. Derksen, deputy chief executive officer of Deloitte LLP
- Abigail P. Johnson, president of Fidelity’s Personal and Workplace Investing business unit and vice chairman of Fidelity’s corporate parent FMR LLC
“We are excited to offer this session on leading through the financial crisis since it is such a timely topic,” said Sanyin Siang, COLE managing director and senior research associate. “The session speakers will give great insight into dealing with the challenges we are all facing in the current economy.”
