Brooklyn, NY, October 21, 2009 --(PR.com)-- All Zevia, Inc. employees wear employee identification while conducting the official business of the company. If a client is approached or solicited by anyone claiming to represent Zevia, Inc. and the individual cannot produce an employee identification, do not allow the person access to the home or place of business.

Do not place orders for products, service, repairs or warranty service through any unofficial channels. Zevia, Inc.'s official channels are the company office phone and the Zevia, Inc. website. Obtaining products, service, repairs or warranty service outside of the official channels voids any warranty a client has and further frees Zevia, Inc. from any claims for exchange or refund.

Any communication to a client by phone from employees in the field who are visiting the client's home or place of business must show "Zevia Inc" on the caller ID. All Zevia, Inc. field personnel have cell phones that display the company name.

Zevia, Inc. values client safety and wants them to enjoy the products, service, repairs and warranty service they deserve when items are purchased through authorized personnel.
