New Hiphop Film 'Up in the Attic'

Spoken word artist Kamal Supreme debuts his new hiphop feature film Up In the Attic. With a cameo role by new black music.net artist Niva the diva.

Brooklyn, NY, October 23, 2009 --(PR.com)-- Up in the attic is the first feature film written, directed and produced by spoken word artist Kamal Imani aka Kamal Supreme. The film is about growing up in the hiphop culture of the 1980's as part of the five percenter movement. The film stars a host of wonderfully talented young up and coming actors. Some of the actors who put on a noteworthy performance were Perry Wynn as Lorenzo, Kamal Imani as scientific, Kimberly Lynn as Darla and Markeima Beyonca as Asia. The movie was filmed in the Teaneck/Englewood area of New Jersey. Niva the diva makes a cameo appearance and does a club scene performance. The movie had it's debut premiere on October 11th in Harlem New York to rave reviews. The movie is available on fimbaby.com and scenes from the movie can be seen on youtube and other web video locations. The film was edited by New black music and multimedia.
