This latest poll has seen the watchdog raise its concerns with Ofcom, particularly over its bewildering tariffs and the lack of transparency in price plans.

These dilemmas can be avoided by considering a return to pay-as-you-go SIM cards, spending only what you top up, as opposed to pay-monthly contracts.
