Real Estate Web Manager Released to Help Real Estate Companies Manage Their Own Web Sites

Boston-based inMotion Real Estate Media launches the Real Estate Web Manager content management system. The software will enable real estate companies to more efficiently manage and update the content of their Web sites without relying on third party Web designers and other service providers for simple or frequent changes in information.

Boston, MA, October 23, 2009 --(PR.com)-- Today marks the launch of the Real Estate Web Manager (www.RealEstateWebManager.com) content management system (CMS) from inMotion Real Estate Media. The CMS enables owners and managers of commercial real estate to update their property Web sites independently and easily with new property listings, community news, or other changes -- big or small. Currently many real estate developers and owners have to rely on third party designers or consultants to handle all of their Web site updates and content changes which can take more time and cost more money than necessary. Now these routine tasks can be managed by real estate owners or their staff directly and immediately.

"Real Estate Web Manager addresses a real need in the commercial real estate industry," says Bob Samii of inMotion Real Estate Media, the developers of Real Estate Web Manager. "Where companies are trying to cut costs, it just doesn't make sense to keep a designer or Web developer on retainer or on staff solely to handle simple Web site updates like property listings. It could be done more efficiently by other staff members, such as those responsible for leasing or bookings. That's what the CMS allows them to do. It can be integrated with existing real estate Web sites or used in developing new ones, and it offers staff members a secure online administration area where they can update Web site content without someone else's help."

Real Estate Web Manager is designed to meet the needs of large commercial real estate developers, owners, or property managers. The CMS can be used to manage Web sites for office buildings, condominium developments, residential communities, and even hotels and resorts. Nothing needs to be installed. The CMS is a hosted solution that real estate company staff can access online any time and from anywhere, allowing them to make updates even when away from the office. Users will have access to multi-lingual support in more than 40 languages, site traffic statistics through Google Analytics, and premium hosting with automated site backups daily. Real Estate Web Manager requires a one-time implementation fee to have the CMS set up and integrated with the company's Web site, and then runs at $29 per month including hosting.
