Raleigh, NC, October 25, 2009 --(PR.com)-- Dean Ogan, owner of Rocky Top Hospitality, (www.rockytophospitality.com) has announced that Michael Dean’s Seafood & Oyster Bar will host “A Devil of a Wine Dinner,” a Halloween-themed wine dinner on Thursday, Oct. 29 at 7 p.m. The five-course dinner, prepared by Chef Adam Jones, will consist of a first course of creatures from the deep ceviche paired with a Hugh Hamilton “Scallywag” Chardonnay, a second course of pan fried “spiders” with black fettuccini paired with a Villa Wolf Pinot Gris, a third course of oven baked “bat wings” with braised fennel fume paired with a Longview “Devil’s Elbow” Cabernet Sauvignon, a fourth course of slience of the lamb chops paired with a Vinaceous “Snake Charmer” Shiraz and a fifth course of “jack-o-lantern” cheese cake paired with an Alma Negra Sparkling Chardonnay.
