Firm to Offer Free Legal Advice to Soldiers

Legal Assistance Program for Soldiers (LAPS) will offer free legal advice to servicemen and women.

Lakewood, NJ, September 28, 2006 --(PR.com)-- When soldiers come home they are often faced with difficult legal issues, such as debtor-creditor issues, separation or divorce, custody disputes, and real estate matters. Additionally, there may be estate work for surviving families when the soldiers do not return home.

The Law Offices of Samuel Z. Brown, P.C. recently began a program offering assistance to our troops and their families. The program, entitled the Legal Assistance Program for Soldiers (LAPS), will include free legal advice to New Jersey servicemen and women returning home from active service in Afghanistan and Iraq, as well as the families of those who died while serving their country. This is part of the firm’s overall mission of providing community based programs through the firm’s Community Legal Coalition.

The program will run for the next year and will offer many free services in a variety of legal areas, including family law, real estate, landlord tenant law, and estate administration. To determine if you qualify or to learn more about the firm’s community based programs visit www.sambrownlaw.com.
