U.s. National Whitewater Center Announces the New CoolSport Pass

With cooler weather approaching, The U.S. National Whitewater Center Announces a new CoolSport Pass.

Charlotte, NC, October 29, 2009 --(PR.com)-- The temperature is dropping and so are the prices at the U.S. National Whitewater Center. With the new CoolSport Pass, guests can now spend just $29 to play all day. The CoolSport Pass is good for one day and includes flatwater kayaking, climbing, mountain biking, eco caching, climb 2 zip, and the mega zip. It’s a great way to enjoy the USNWC in the cooler months and a fun way to keep active all year long.

The CoolSport Pass – much like the Whitewater Center’s AllSport Pass – was created to help support the nonprofit’s mission to promote healthier, more active lifestyles. “The CoolSport Pass encourages families to play outside in the winter months,” says Jeff Wise, Executive Director of the USNWC. “That means more people are able to live the active, outdoor lifestyle we promote.”

While at $29 the CoolSport Pass does not include rafting, if the water is running at the USNWC, guests can upgrade to an AllSport Day Pass for an extra $20 ($49 total) and enjoy a rafting adventure too. The CoolSport Pass can be purchased online or in person at the Center.

If you like the idea of our day passes, you’ll love the 2010 Season Pass – with the Season Pass, guests can play all day, all year long. Available for a limited time for just $139.
