About Under21 Foundation
Since 2009 the mission of the Under 21 Foundation is to provide an equal opportunity for individuals to obtain a better education. This opportunity is provided through scholarships, counseling, and teaching. The Under 21 Foundation is currently based in Austin, TX and will serve the Austin community. The organization was formed when Ryan Brown (Under 21 Founder and Executive Director) learned his close relative dropped out of school because he had no support from teachers or parents. Mr. Brown saw this as an opportunity to make a difference in the community and help many individuals that would otherwise face life without the benefit of an education.
