Sacramento Area Business Expanding Despite Economy

Sacramento, CA, November 02, 2009 --(PR.com)-- With unemployment reaching record highs, and consumers cutting back more than ever, one Sacramento business has decided to triple their size and their expenses. Arden Jewelers will be debuting their new location the week of November 2nd. The question is: Why now?

“The decision to expand was based on a number of factors, but in the end it all came down to hope,” said Arden Jewelers’ owner, Angelo Parisi. “We believe in this city, and this economy, and we believe we should all do our part to turn it around.”

Angelo, and his partner Dan, have been in the jewelry business for over 20 years, and they’ve seen the highs and lows of the market. “We’ve seen recessions before, and we’ll probably see more in the future.”

Arden Jeweler’s new location will employ 7 people, and the owners envision it is a stress free place for people to buy, sell, and maintenance jewelry. Only time will tell if expanding now was a wise move for Arden, but if optimism impacts success they should be just fine.

Arden Jewelers is an independent jewelry store located on Arden Way in Sacramento. You can find out more about Arden Jewelers at their website: www.MyGemologist.com.
