Madison, WI, November 05, 2009 --(PR.com)-- Craig Stanley of Siegel-Gallagher Madison, LLC, along with ONCOR International network affiliate Paine Wetzel of Chicago, IL, represented Emerson Charitable Trust and Emerson Electronic in the sale of a 45,760 SF office building located on 6.38 acres, as well as an adjacent 6.93 acre vacant lot. The facility, previously utilized by Emerson Network Power, sold in early October at a selling price over $5 million.

Emerson announced the downsizing and relocation of its Madison unit, Emerson Network Power, in February of this year. “This transaction exemplifies the stability of the Madison commercial real estate market, and how resilient our local economy remains,” stated Craig Stanley, executive vice president of Siegel-Gallagher. “We were pleased that the entire process took place in such a short sales cycle. The buyer, Hallick Real Estate Holdings LLC, intends to use the facility for CPM marketing Group. CPM Marketing Group, headquartered in Madison, Wisconsin, has been a pioneer in healthcare relationship and data management technology since the early 1980s.
