StacyRae’s 20 years as a fitness professional, and her unique and successful approach to training based on body type, is a proven combination to help women lose weight, build overall body strength and stay healthy. StacyRae earned a B.S. in Physical Education at San Diego State University in 1988 along with completing the California Management Training Program in 1996. She’s been featured in the following media for her expertise on strength training and body type workouts.
